BvG games are continuous play, with objectives every half hour.
Continuous play means:
When a player is eliminated, they don't have to leave the field and wait for the next game to started. This means hours of play not minutes. All a player has to do is to go back to their starting position, physically tag it and they're immediately back in the action.
Players may leave the field anytime they want, to get a drink of water or resupply. When returning to the field all they have to do is tag their base and they're back playing paintball. It's that easy.
Objectives every half hour means:
Every half hour both teams compete for flags stations positioned over the 23 acre playing area of the field. This way the action flows all around the field, not just in one spot. The team who captures and holds these objectives must raise their teams flag to get points. To receive points one teams flag must be at the top of each flag station, at the top of each half hour. Whichever team has it's flag at the top of the flag station at the half hour gets the points.
Night play:
At two day events, Saturday night we have night play.
Final battle:
This is a short 20 minute Battle at the end of regular play.
Points for the final battle are worth three times the points of each individual flag station's points.
Food:
Each player, free of charge, receives lunch for a one day event and dinner on Saturday night for a two day event.
